We will do our best to dispatch products the same working day providing full payment is received before 2PM Central European Time(GMT+1). All products will be dispatched no later than the end of the week in which the payment is received. Delivery cost is subject to type of the service, weight and value of the package and region of the customer.
Custom clearance period is not included in the delivery time.
For all goods that are not in stock at the time of receiving your inquiry, delivery may take up to additional 30 days.
Delivery Costs Table for Standard Shipping (available in European countries except Germany, Norway and UK):
For packages value exceeding 5,000 €, for each additional 750€, 6€ will be added to the shipping cost.
Note : Weight noted in the products page is for the product only, weight of the package itself weights more. For orientation purposes, weight of the PV-RC300 CK package is approx. 100 grams while PV-700 package together with BU-18 camera package weights 1000 grams.
Delivery time for standard shipping is from 5 to 20 days, depending of the customer location.

Express Mail Service delivery times are 2-5 days for Europe and 5-10 days for other countries (including USA).
All packages delivered through Express Mail Service (EMS) and with the help of unique item ID can be monitored through IPS Web tracking service (http://ips.posta.hr/). Upon customer request we will e-mail product item ID free of charge.
